Digital Download / eBook Return Policy

AspiringNurses does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (eBooks). eBook codes that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is because once a code has been sent, it cannot be returned.

Physical Product Return Policy

AspiringNurses has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the item is marked as delivered to request a return. (Not all items are eligible to be returned.) For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that were delivered shrink-wrapped must still be shrink-wrapped.

Bundles Containing Digital Content

Complete Bundle A and Complete Bundle B include both physical items and non-refundable digital content (the PDF study guide, the Dosage + Pharmacology PDF Duo, and digital cheat sheets). Because the digital portion cannot be returned once it has been emailed or made available to download, any approved return of these bundles is refunded on a pro-rated basis: only the physical items are eligible for a refund, and the value of the included digital content is deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees, and any applicable return shipping or restocking fees, are also non-refundable. The same principle applies to any other bundle that combines physical and digital items.

Starting a Return

To start a return, you can fill out our Contact Form. In the message box, please be sure to include:

• Order Number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for the return

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Once return instructions are received, your item must be in transit within 10 days. Returns not shipped within this window will not be accepted, and any package sent after this period will be returned to you at your expense. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to AspiringNurses without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Restocking fees may apply. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

If a package is refused or returned to AspiringNurses for any reason without an authorized return, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not typically allowed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but contact us if you need help.

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact AspiringNurses immediately if any item is defective or damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if you are missing any item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that AspiringNurses cannot provide a resolution if the requested images are not provided. Once 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, we consider that a reasonable amount of time has passed, and AspiringNurses may be unable to resolve the issue.

Missing Orders

If your order was marked as delivered and you haven't received it, you must notify AspiringNurses immediately. If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier and a delivery image is provided, AspiringNurses is unable to replace or refund that order. Once 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, we consider that a reasonable amount of time has passed, and AspiringNurses may be unable to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale Items
• Gift Cards
• Digital Download eBooks (individual or included with a physical product)
• Digital Study Bundle (eBook)

Bundles that combine physical and digital items (such as Complete Bundle A and Complete Bundle B) are not fully non-returnable, but are subject to the pro-rated refund described above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If you paid for shipping on your order and then decide to return the order, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified via the email you used to place the order.
